1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the kul9 website and mobile app, you agree to be bound by the full terms and conditions set out below. This agreement forms a legally binding contract between you and kul9. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use kul9.

2. Eligibility & Account

• You are able to comply with the laws of Bangladesh and are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

• You have not been convicted of any criminal offense or financial misconduct.

Multiple Accounts Prohibited

You may only hold one kul9 account. Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account is strictly prohibited. kul9 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any funds in the event of a violation.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

Your Responsibilities

• Keep your password and personal information confidential.
• If you notice any unauthorized access to your account, contact customer support immediately.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs on your account.
• Always log out when using a shared or public computer.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

For added security, you can enable 2FA on your account. We recommend all users activate 2FA to keep their accounts better protected.

Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time. All pending transactions must be completed and there must be no outstanding balances before the account is closed.
